Sanxin Will Show Her Charm
Paper
We recommend high-quality brown paper bags or paper food packaging based on customer requirements. These papers are characterized by their excellent toughness, high stiffness, and environmental friendliness, being biodegradable.
Ink
We use environmentally friendly water-based inks, which are non-toxic, odorless, and free of residues, ensuring safety and harmlessness.
Adhesive
We employ environmentally friendly water-based adhesives, which offer high strength and good adhesion. These adhesives remain effective without delamination within the temperature range of -30°C to 50°C.
From Germany’s “green packaging” approach to the recycling systems for express logistics packaging in the United States, Japan, and France, environmentally friendly packaging has become an international consensus. In China, with the advent of the “trillion-piece” express delivery era, the resource waste and environmental pollution caused by express packaging have become increasingly prominent. As a practitioner of green packaging, the e-commerce logistics express paper bag is another significant innovation from Nanwang in response to national policies, meeting market demands, and implementing ESG principles. It aims to provide a sustainable packaging solution for the express logistics industry, apparel e-commerce, 3C digital products, and instant delivery sectors, and is designed to replace traditional plastic express bags or inner packaging bags to reduce environmental pollution.
In response to the strict global regulations and health risk concerns regarding PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), Nanwang is dedicated to the research and development of fluorine-free grease-proof paper bag technology. Utilizing biomass-based materials, the process employs a coated barrier layer to resist grease penetration.
Nanwang is honored to be one of the key drafting units of this group standard, working alongside other leading companies in the industry to promote the green upgrade of the food packaging sector.
Green Photovoltaic Power Generation
Nanwang’s headquarters in Huian has a total installed capacity of 7.5 MW, with an expected total power generation of no less than 8.8 million kWh in 2025. According to data from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in 2023, this is projected to reduce carbon emissions by approximately 7,827.6 tons of CO₂ annually compared to coal-fired power generation.
Waste Recycling and Reuse
Concentrated paper waste collected will be processed and compressed in a designated waste paper packaging area, and then uniformly transported to partnered paper recycling plants for reuse, maximizing resource utilization.
Paper Waste Collection
Paper waste will be centrally collected through air tubes or manual transfer, achieving full-cycle recovery from pulping, coating, printing, die-cutting, to molding waste.
